We believe what we are doing is entirely consistent with WTO rules and procedures and I think it's important to recognize that we have tried to get the EU to engage openly on this issue since [last year]. They have consistently refused to discuss compliance options with us. Their [existing compliance] proposal is nothing more than the current status quo.

Our preferred course here is to re-engage with Europe and find a negotiable solution.

Obviously, we believe that both [the 301 and 1916 Anti-Dumping Act] statutes are 100 percent consistent with our rights and responsibilities in the World Trade Organization and we'll move forward accordingly.

You have 23 million wireless customers. The actual complaint rate is a fraction of a thousandth of a percentage. That is an extraordinary rate of customer satisfaction.
