It's an area that our vice unit actually does do operations frequently.
We're of course investigating the death, trying to determine what may have been the factors or causes.
Being able to put law in place to keep better taps on them as far as their probation for one, two or three years, definitely a good tool.
We can tell definitely that speed was a factor here, another factor obviously we don't think anyone was wearing there seatbelts, that was a factor, and more importantly, we believe alcohol was involved in this collision.

The big thing is this individual has probably done this in the past. Anytime you have any individual that is out there trying to get children into their vehicle -- it is a major concern.
