"James Steven Baulch" is a United Kingdom/British Sprint (race)/sprint Athletics (sport)/athlete and television presenter. He won the 400 metres gold medal at the 1999 IAAF World Indoor Championships/1999 World Indoor Championships. As a member of British 4 x 400 metres relay teams, he won a gold medal at the 1997 World Championships in Athletics/1997 World Championships, and silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics/1996 Olympic Games. He represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games where he won an individual silver and a bronze medal in the 4 x 400 m relay.
