Discussions about mass transit tend to generate more heat than light, sometimes. That's been somewhat our experience here. At times, we've had some very interesting and animated discussions.
Then you can really speed up traffic, by taking the existing rights of way and making them more efficient.
This is the best way to go for the community.
That has a lot of potential because, at this point, it's largely undeveloped.
The staff is not leaning toward a rail technology recommendation at this point. That may be a surprise to some people.
We're just going to have more and more traffic, and more and more congestion. Regardless of whether we decide to go forward with these projects or not, one way or the other, we will pay.
