There was a large displacement of Louisiana natives throughout the United States after Hurricane Katrina. If we succeed in launching a national chain, maybe we can at least bring a little taste of home closer to them.

There are actually a lot of New Orleans natives in the area. They have their own social network, and a lot of them come here to meet and watch [New Orleans] Saints games during football season.
