"Ian Millward" is an Australian rugby league coach and former player. Millward is currently a TV pundit for 'The Superleague show' broadcast on the BBC.

Millward is the former head coach of Wigan Warriors/Wigan, St Helens RLFC/St. Helens, Leigh Centurions/Leigh and Castleford Tigers/Castleford. He was in charge at Wigan Warriors/Wigan from May 2005, his appointment coming just two weeks after an acrimonious departure from the club's fiercest rivals, St Helens RLFC/St Helens. He was sacked by Wigan on 11 April 2006 for their poor start to 2006's Super League XI season - having won just one of eight league games. In October 2006 he returned to Australia. Ian lasted 1 and half seasons at Castleford Tigers/Castleford before leaving half-way through the 2013 season.

We just want to have something to strive for at the end of the season.

The last eight weeks have probably caught up with us.

I have spoken to Danny and he doesn't want to leave, I know that I don't want him to leave so hopefully that will put an end to the matter.

I hope the way Danny played will put an end to talk about him leaving. I don't want him to.

It's in the early stages at the moment.

You look at a club like Leigh who have been relegated and have nothing to play for and it's tough for them. We didn't want to be in that situation and we're happy to have something to go at for the last three games.

Liam was a big part of our plans for next year. It is a big loss for the club. He was brought in for his talent and we were excited about having him here next year.

I thought Danny was the best player on the pitch.

Liam can reflect on his career with great satisfaction.
