"Howard Curtis" (born 1949) is a British translator of French language/French, Italian language/Italian and Spanish language/Spanish fiction. He has specialized in translating crime fiction.

He was shortlisted for the Duncan Lawrie International Dagger award in 2011.

He won the 2013 Marsh Award for Children's Literature in Translation for his translation from Italian of In the Sea there are Crocodiles by Fabio Geda.
