We've shored up the foundation and addressed the moisture problem. The tile roof was all removed, and we were able to save three sides and replaced the others with duplicates. It wasn't draining properly.

We've never had anything this big, this widespread of an area before. Those numbers are going to go up.

An area on the third floor had some of the original paint, and we removed several layers of paint to find original colors and tried to match those.
