Being a short sprinter, Knowledge's got a little more light speed. I would never expect him to run 400. Two hundred is the event they both can hit, and, in time, with Knowledge's speed, he might be better.

They worked their butts off. They went out there and gave it their all and willed themselves to a convincing win.

The relays are always super exciting. Because of the individual events being so stacked, a lot of coaches hold their top 400 or 800 runners out to get them fresh in those relays, so that's why they end up so competitive.

Our team is designed for a meet like this. We have a strong team all around and should score well.

Knowledge had a great high school career. The longer you have him, the faster he's going to get, the faster his 200s and sprints are going to get. Knowledge is just beginning to get in shape.

The biggest thing we got out of that meet was a step forward.

It's just a matter of conditioning.

With the team we had in (the 4x400), that's pretty darn good. They ran exceptionally well. In a meet like this, you kind of have to be satisfied with whatever you can get because there's so many good people in it. They bring out the best in you.

After looking at the results from last weekend, I was happy with the team's performance. But, we're looking to improve this weekend in Philadelphia.
