What happened was that people that knew about the meeting invited friends, and it just got bigger. But I don't feel badly. I just didn't want it to get out of hand, and I think everything was mostly civil.

That pipe would never be allowed under any of today's regulations. This was a real huge direct hit to the Silver River. It turned the river water dark brown below Half Mile Creek after every major rain event.
