It is nice to see five GNAC teams selected for the regional. It provides our conference with a lot of much-deserved credibility.

We are thrilled to have the chance to face a team we are familiar with in Seattle Pacific.

We wanted to kill the clock. We wanted to get Lance isolated so he could make the shot.

I think our shot selection is better now, too. The guys are becoming familiar enough with each other that now they find guys in situations where they can be successful.

We came out and executed the game plan and played extremely well. It was just a good all around win.

We played a tough schedule that allowed us to enter the West Regional tournament and we're excited to be there. The team deserves this opportunity.

After the Saint Martin's game (a 105-104 overtime win on Feb. 11), we did something we hadn't done since I've been here. We took Sunday and Monday off (instead of Sunday only), and then we went to Boise on Wednesday. I thought our legs were fresh in that game, and I thought we were a step quicker than SPU on Saturday night.

There is still a lot of basketball to be played.

I just told them, look, we've got to go on a run. I mean, our playoff hopes are on the line here. We've got to fight a little bit.
