What really amazes me is, everybody is all upset because of Rainforest and this has been going on for 10 years.

It is a trend because national chains are looking at destinations. Obviously, the mystique, the uniqueness, the ambiance of the River Walk pulls them into this.

It's a very, very tight space.

I appreciate the due diligence of SAWS because our association is made up of hotels, restaurants, bars and other businesses along the River Walk. It looks like they are really trying to do this with the least amount of upset to our businesses and to the tourists.

What we want to do is ensure there's a balance. That's the key.
