"Gerard "Gerry" Kelly" is an Irish republicanism/Irish republican politician and former Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) Volunteer (Irish republican)/volunteer who played a leading role in the negotiations that led to the Good Friday Agreement on 10 April 1998.
