We started in January 1999 to prepare for the season. We're taking the experience we gained from last year with the knowledge we've gotten from this year's gift-giving holidays and have used it to increase and enhance the capacity of the overall site.

Everything was real, it motivated me to keep a positive attitude.

We're still on allocation.

We're still okay, ... We never ran out before, but if everybody starts running on us, we could run out. Supply is still tight. We still have pipeline problems.

StoreSense makes managing our on-line store an enjoyable and efficient task, ... That coming from guy who is not incredibly computer savvy is saying a lot. Adding a new product, picture, description, making changes to prices or any other attribute are all made simple.

They give 10 cents off and a lot of times that's somebody's cost, ... I don't know how they can do it, but I'm just a country marketer.

[Meanwhile, as Sodini] sees light at the end of the tunnel ... I think we're in for a long time.

We are constantly testing and monitoring our two sites.

[Customers] were hard on our cashiers ... But they're just working folks.
