We're a young team. We'll grow from this, and it will only help us in the future.
In spite of the young lineup, we will be competitive and have a quicker overall team. Last year was one of the best Council Bluffs soccer seasons. This year will be new and different.
The team never quit, and three team members played an exceptional game, all over the field.
It was one of those precision plays that unveil themselves about once a match. It all came together.
We looked like a completely different team in the second half. We built momentum and started attacking.
We were all ready to play. Hopefully we'll schedule it for next week sometime.
Obviously, their speed up front was something we weren't ready for.
Overall we had a great team effort. It was good to get the win under tough conditions.
