We are by definition optimists but I think determined would be a better word. It was a first step, an important step, but frankly it was one quarter of very modest profit and we are not stopping.

We certainly expect the second half of the year to be considerably better than the first.

I wouldn't say that we're satisfied with any of the results. But if you look at where we came from, there are signs that the turnaround is working.

There were no highlights for the fourth quarter. It was a very, very tough quarter.

No one has more of an incentive to find a solution for this (Delphi) problem than we do.

We felt economically all things considered this was a better transaction for us than alternatives including keeping the business.

We've achieved what we said we'd achieve, and we picked up pace in the first quarter.

A work stoppage doesn't benefit anybody.

Woe to the company that ignores the customer.
