I don't understand why they're scamming us like this. If they had a problem with anything, the courteous thing would be to call back. It's the principle of the thing. It's just 66 bucks, but if he's doing that to us, he must be doing it to other people, know what I mean?
We've left him eight or 10 messages. He hasn't called us back once.
He said if we paid now we wouldn't have to pay for another service call. I thought that was a pretty good deal, to pay for it then and just have them fix it a week or so later.
