My game is simple. I don't try and overpower guys . I still have a lot of work to do.

Nothing was lost on Brian, a real sponge.

Inside he's really excited and nervous, but he's able to channel it outside to where it's probably an asset for him.

It's exciting. I know what kind of competitor he is on the field, but it's always great to get to know the guys off the field because he's one of the funniest guys I've ever met.

He's like a sponge. He picks up everything. He's an observer. He watches, but he likes to do things himself and he's able to pick things up quite quickly.

I couldn't help but think back on my own debut. Brought back a lot of great feelings. And I was so proud to see all of Brian's hard work finally come to fruition.

It's kind of surreal to see it actually come to fruition.
