Many of our residents have enjoyed these summertime treats for a long time and it was certainly a wonderful gesture to have the folks from Rudy's spent the afternoon with us.

To those people earning ($5.15) an hour it probably would (make a difference), but if you're asking me is it dramatically going to impact their access to housing, probably not. It's certainly a start, but it's not going to create a pool of independent living.
