FameRank: 6

"Don Byron" is an American composer and multi-instrumentalist. He primarily plays clarinet, but has also used bass clarinet and saxophones.

Though rooted in jazz, Byron's music is stylistically eclectic. He has worked in many different musical genres, ranging from klezmer music and German lieder, to Raymond Scott's "cartoon-jazz," hard rock/heavy metal music/metal, and Rap music/rap. Most of Byron's albums have been concept album/conceptual, devoted to works of a particular musician and/or style of music.

Tom has been pretty consistent for us this year. He's an eight-rebound, eight-point type of guy who plays some nice defense.

It was a good win for us tonight. We have a lot of new kids out there and for their first tournament experience, I thought they handled it pretty well.

We like to match up and disguise our zones. We wanted them to become a perimeter team and give them the outside shot but always have someone in their face contesting every attempt.

He does things to jump start us. He so active on the defensive end anticipating, creating tips and steals, that he acts as a catalyst for us and really gets us going.
