I didn't want to spend the rest of my life in prison for somebody else's act.

I made sure he was asleep. I got the bat, and I hit him over the head. I hit him once and I heard him moan. I was afraid that he might wake up and see us, so I just kept on hitting him -- somewhere around 10 times.

He told us that Dad would kill us before he would let us live with Rick.

That was not true, ... My dad never abused me.

[He said,] Well, they're against homosexuals. ... Are you against homosexuals?

He said that we have to take the blame for him because he promised his mom right before she died that he would never get locked up again.
