The testing company has done a really remarkable job, considering, for instance, last year, it handled more than 12 million testing documents for Texas.
The state doesn't provide any money to private schools. They're deemed private businesses, private entities.
They'll be more rigorous as we expect more and more out of our students and put more initiatives in place.
It's part of the overall package to improve education and increase college-readiness standards. We've already put in place a more rigorous curriculum and we're implementing several projects that are going to have an effect.
