I say drink one or two big glasses of water. Then, if you're still wanting the pop, drink the pop. Because you're still not going to drink as much of it.

Most kids and adults, unless they are seasoned, energy-expending athletes, don't need them.

If they drink pop first, they might not even eat their lunch.

Sometimes, part of pop's appeal is the container.

If it's really cold, it does seem to make a difference.
