There's always going to be a certain amount of congestion to deal with.

It's God's timing, not ours. But probably the most likely buyer from a practical point of view would be a medium-size church that has been going through a growth and is faced with a decision of building or stop growing. We could give them much more space for the same money.

That's a good position to be in. It puts a lot of focus on our area and keeps a lot of interest in our local market.

Given the history of this church, for some of the older members, it's a difficult thing to move away -- because they've put their hearts into all those expansions over the years -- but our church really has a heart for reaching people, and we've reached our capacity here.
