He is really trying to change the rules of the game. Right now, those rules keep various parts of the world population from communicating with each other. He is trying to change those rules, and he is doing it in a very dramatic fashion by accepting the invitation to the September event.

He doesn't blame everything on the West. He takes a lot of responsibility. For example, he says most Muslims being killed in the world today are being killed by other Muslims.

He had a tremendous ego -- at times, insufferable. At the same time he was incredibly brilliant, a great scholar and a great activist in American political and Israeli political affairs.

It appears to us that Chavez did not intentionally speak about Jews. I don't think we should raise the flag of anti-semitism when it doesn't belong.
