It's one of those things. I'll roll with it. ... They'll put the pins in and (in) six to eight weeks I should be back playing.

The runners were going, and I got up and didn't hear anything from anyone else, so I threw it. I thought I had a play over there, at the very least someone going over there to stop it from rolling in the dugout.

I still believe I can play every day. That's the one thing I've proven: When I get a chance to play every day I can hit .300. But I haven't had that chance, except for the one year I did get to play in 95 out of 100 games.

The whole clubhouse likes him. He communicates well and really got us to remain focused. He definitely got as much as he could out of the guys, given everything he inherited. I'm excited for him and the team.

He's a teammate. You're supportive of your teammates.

He made his own bed and now he has to lie in it. If he says he had tainted supplements, that's fine for him to claim. But at some point somebody has to come up positive and not have taken supplements.

It's unfortunate, but we're trying to clean up the game. I'm glad the steroid testing is working. It's creating a better environment for guys that aren't cheating.

I just went to tag. I usually go halfway. I saw him hung over the railing for a while and I had time to get to third. When I saw him running in I knew what happened.

Obviously it's a disappointment. It's just one of those things that happens in sports.
