I don't know the answer. I don't have the report in front of me, and I'm not in position to talk about it anyway. I don't know if that's one of the allegations or not.
This is really a victory for professor Churchill.
He is not an American Kennel Club dog who needs to prove his breed.
That's welcomed, by Ward Churchill, because when you get scholars in the field, which these (standing committee) folks are not, then he will be vindicated.
I'm not going to comment on any possible lawsuits that we may have in the works on this issue, at this time.
The people who hold the copyrights said there's no issue here.
We believe this to be very positive because the issue regarding whether or not Churchill is an American Indian was dismissed outright. That was the most single offensive allegation against him.
