North Dakotans are hard workers. Looks to me like the low crime rate and lack of commuting problems should be effective in getting businesses to come into the state.

Despite slow job growth and population loss, Massachusetts continues to be an attractive place to live and work. In fact, chambers of commerce and planners across the nation look to Massachusetts as a role model for economic competitiveness.

Your bond rating is not so high, and you have a lot of government workers. That's not a good thing for us.

It means we're doing a lot of things right and that, in some respects, we're fortunate and taking advantage of our good fortune. We are avoiding some mistakes. Even though our taxes are high, we haven't let them go out of control as have some others.
