We still have franchises in the process of rebuilding. I include Hamilton and Toronto in that group. They're not making a profit yet, but they're going in the right direction. I would say Winnipeg is a sensitive market, too. Our league is stronger than it was '96, '97, '98, '99, but there are still some sensitivities in those three markets.
