Gaither will be a tremendous match. It's going to be a battle, with two of the top teams going at each other. Once it started to get down towards the end of season, you figured this is (how it would end up).

The way things are going now, this isn't good for high school and it isn't good for the clubs. And without a doubt, it isn't good for the kids.

Both of these boys are very deserving of everything they've achieved. I expect both to succeed at the next level.

The players benefit from the extra coaching, the individual instruction and the time that can be devoted, there's no question about that.

(Kuhlman) definitely deserved to make it. I try not to get too caught up in all-tournament teams, but he should have been on it.

It comes down to a choice for our players. If they choose to miss a practice because of something else, then there are consequences.

Griffin can't do what he does without his teammates. He's the first one to tell you that. But he's a great finisher.

Some of these club coaches are abusing these kids and asking impossible things from them. Coaches preach every game is important, but how can we expect a player to stay at that high level for all these games they are playing? They are getting fatigued and burning out.

(Lopez) was tremendous. He was patient and made some great feeds.
