Everybody is going to take it in a different way. Some guys, it'll take them a month to recover from that. And then there are guys who are ready to go the next day.
There were a lot of times when he was coming back to the dugout shaking his head.
It's just opening up a can of worms. It's going to be a witch hunt. I'm not saying to brush it under the rug, but where does it end? It scares me for the good of baseball.
He threw great. I couldn't be happier with the way he threw, really.
It's good to have a guy like that.
It's good because, hey, you need both sides to be a winning organization. I think we're starting to understand that and we're developing more position guys earlier in their career.
It was one of those days where any one play, in a game that close, can end up biting you. And (Sunday), it did.
We just never made an adjustment. We didn't hit much.
That comes with experience, when to throw it and when not to throw it. Guys will accumulate some errors that they shouldn't get over the course of the year, but we want them to try to make those plays to make themselves better.
