Our field events did great. We got a first in the throwing. ... We used some freshmen and sophomores in the (400 relay) and got second. That is nice.

They like to shine in this meet. We are just trying to keep healthy.

With all we achieved at the state last year, we were far from perfect and the kids realize that. I don?t want to name names, but we made a few errors. It was a lot of fun winning those relays, but realistically we could have scored a lot more points.

We still miss Todd, especially. He had something the kids really listened to. This year's group (of seniors), they're working hard at that but they're just not quite there yet, not with as many young kids as we have now. Aaron's really helping in that regard.
