I like him. But his office being run by his staff is not performing well. That's where I think the public of Illinois needs to understand that you might have a nice guy but he's not running a good show as secretary of state.
"Dan Rutherford" is an Americans/American politician. He served as Illinois Treasurer from January 2011 through January 2015. Prior to his term as Treasurer, he served as a Republican Party/Republican member of the Illinois Senate, representing the 53rd district, from 2003 to 2011, and in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1993 to 2003.
