I don't put limiting thoughts on anybody, ... I tell our players, 'Why does the game have to be close?'

We run up to forty personnel sets per game. My feeling is that we've got to find a way to get a guy into the game and let him do what he's best at.

We're highly underrated as a conference, I don't think there's any question about that, ... The variety is unbelievable. Coaching in our conference, you're going to see the spectrum, and that's part of what makes it fun.

There's a side of me that goes out to him, because I know he's got to answer that question (about beating Boise State), and I know that's not fun. We don't get into (the streak). We never talk about that. That's not part of what we do at all.

Hey, if it's only about winning, count me out. It's about the approach you take, not just in football but in life. You should be willing to take risks, to believe in yourself.

I always tell my players, 'I want you to be abnormal,'.

We're going to attack. We're going to play football. We came here to play.
