When you work with a legend as I do, it's wonderful. There's so many things I've learned working with Keith. He's so patient, not only with me, but with everyone in our crew and with the audience and with the game. He has a style that is so easy and will never be copied.
"Daniel Francis Fouts" is a retired Hall of Fame American football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). Fouts played his entire professional career with the San Diego Chargers from 1973 NFL season/1973 through 1987 NFL season/1987. He was one of the most prolific passing quarterbacks during the 1970s and 1980s, but the Chargers were unable to make it to the Super Bowl during his fifteen-year career. He led the NFL in passing yards four straight years from 1979 to 1982, and became the first player in history to throw for 4,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993. He is currently a color analyst for NFL games on NFL on CBS/CBS television and NFL on Dial Global/Dial Global radio. People ask me who he reminds me of. The way he's playing, I'd say he doesn't remind me of anybody. I've never seen anybody -- running back, quarterback, wide receiver -- make the plays that Vince Young made today.
It's his team now, his personality. As a quarterback, he has ownership and he likes it.
I'm over it. You strive to win a Super Bowl and you do everything you can to get there. But being in the Hall of Fame, you never play for that honor. It's incredible.
The NFL is a different world. UT is a great world, especially when you're on top of it like he is.
Not even many NFL offenses have been like this.
A good showing of fan support Saturday would go a long way in helping us reach our goal- the conference championship.
His performance in the Rose Bowl was one for the ages. I'm glad I saw it in person and glad I have it on tape.
People ask me who he reminds me of. After this performance, he doesn't remind me of anybody.
