Fishing's great on Devils Lake. We've done a lot of studies and we don't think there are . . . problems that will affect downstream users.

It is clear that North Dakota, and the Red River Valley, desperately need a supplemental source of water before the next drought strikes. The question becomes, how can the residents of the valley promise future generations a better way of life, without a plan in place to address the critical water issues?

Everything seems to be working fine at this point.

It is possible, and maybe even likely, that we're going to have to do some additional treatment. But we're looking at several different options, all the way to full treatment.
