Emotions got out of control.

There were two sides to this, and they were all trying to pull the strings they had politically. I think what happened here is that it moved . . . past all of that stuff to a true public issue. There were a lot of people who got very active against this.

There is far-reaching economic recourse to the state that has not been estimated at this time. That's going to be hard to sell to the public - that they are going to pay for in taxes.

The attorney general's offer is suitable to our industry. We would go along with it. We think it would be an opportunity to at least somewhat mitigate our damages.
