Not all of those are different people. Some are patients who come several times a month for tests or treatments.

Privacy was the number one issue. We now have individual registration rooms, a room for a financial counselor and separate rooms in the emergency room.

We can't lose that momentum.

We had signs that directed lab and radiology patients to that waiting area, but there was no sign that indicated those patients needed to go to registration first. We had some unhappy patients because they went directly to the lab/radiology area and waited for a long period of time with no one helping them. That's because no one knew they were there.

It is a digital enhancer for the MRI, CT and ultra sound. It allows better analysis for both technicians and physicians and also allows us to e-mail slides to other physicians or if a radiologist is not on duty at the time the test is performed.

It means I'm willing to put resources forward, time and energy. We're doing that already.
