It?s a big win because we knew we had to win with defense and good possessions. We set the game plan and the kids took it and went with it.

I thought we came out flat and it cost us. Little things like that show up at the end of the game. It was a non-league game so I was able to play everybody. From that perspective, I?m happy about it.

The two goals at the beginning of the game hurt us, and the goals at the end of the half hurt us, and that was the difference.

Con-Val is traditionally one of the better teams in the division. They?re a team we haven?t beaten in years. Our goal this year is to get to that final game and this was a big step in the right direction.
