She has good communication skills and relates well to the girls. She's done a wonderful job.

That's what the kids want.

She's there at 8 a.m. with a smile on her face.

It couldn't happen to a better person. She is one of the hardest working players I've ever coached ? boys or girls. I'm so proud of her.

We were in a tight game to win the league championship and the district final. Our girls are finding ways to pull out games this year. Last year we didn't do that. We have to come out better on Tuesday, or our season will be over.

We can't go 20-plus minutes without a hitting a field goal. Some of that was their defense. They pushed us further away from the basket. And the depth they have helps.

[Whittington] would be first team in the Colonial League. She is tough. She made some good moves. They're small, but they really spread the floor, and the did a nice job attacking us. I know they're a No. 3 seed, but they do a lot of good things.

You should have seen the crowd at the game [against Catasauqua in a doubleheader Jan. 10]. It was never seen so packed. What an atmosphere.
