They have some big-time clients, like IBM ( IBM ). There's tremendous growth opportunity there.

They're going to be set up to do distribution, period.

They are creating the backbone that all the other communications companies can utilize.

When the broad market gets a cold like this, the IPO market gets pneumonia, ... You really have to look very closely at the proposed deal right now. But, in general, I doubt anything will get priced over the next couple of weeks.

They have a solid market position.

Even AT&T Wireless may not be able to price in this environment, ... Even though they are AT&T, there's no guarantee that their syndicate guys will be able to put the deal away.

There are some offerings, the crappy offerings, where the only people stupid enough to buy it are the retail investors.

People might get annoyed with the ads.
