"Channing Thomas Frye" is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The 6'11" Power forward (basketball)/power forward-Center (basketball)/center played college basketball for the Arizona Wildcats men's basketball/University of Arizona. He was drafted eighth overall by the New York Knicks in the 2005 NBA draft, and was the first college senior to be selected in that draft. He has previously played for the Knicks, Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns.
