Galvez threw the ball well and we made some plays. We just couldn't get anything going offensively.
Boy, he can run the ball down in center. He's got a lot of electricity in his game.
We just struggled. We went down swinging. I don't care how many innings you play, you do that, you're not going to win ball games.
We made a few mistakes in the field, and we were able to pitch around that for the most part. That's nice to see.

You will see a lot of excitement from these two quality players. They played at very competitive schools in college. An 0-for-4 game or batting slump will not get them down. The fans are going to fall in love with both of them.
At this time of the year, pitching is ahead of hitting. Timing is the biggest thing -- his swing plane is there. This was his first game facing live pitching, and I thought he did well.
