We learned no team can be taken lightly.

We'd kind of been faking it, at the beginning of the year, that we got along and that everything was going well. At that point, we really realized we needed to get it together if we were going to be as successful as everyone thought we were going to be.

We know (Violette) is here with us. We wanted to pick it up and win so she can play with us again.

We still have the same run-and-gun attitude.

It definitely brought us together. We definitely realized that it's not just one of us has to do something. Every single one of us has to pick it up, and that's what we did at the end of the game.

All year we hadn't been giving high-fives. We had all been selfish, kind of. Then there was one practice where everyone was talking, everyone was giving high-fives, everyone was laughing and having a good time. It was just an amazing feeling to know that we had finally gotten to that point.
