We have to make better use of technology.

It takes too long for students to get an associates degree. It can take five years.

Our retention rate is not what we'd like it to be. Technology is part of that. We need to do more in remote locations where we can't provide the space. For a lot of students, (the face-to-face approach in one location) is just not working for them.
