The concern I have as much as anything are the financial ramifications this case is going to have. I don't know whether we're going to prevail or they are, but there's a possibility that someone is going to have to pay a substantial amount of money.

Me personally, I've not even been for necessarily changing the recruiting rule. My whole thing is what we did was not in violation of the rule. The rule, in my opinion, was misused.
