I think there will be a high rate of participation. Most parties appear to have decided to back the process and fight on the election battlefield.

This has been a much more solid operation than the one we saw in January, ... It has been a peaceable election. Voters were much better prepared.

Overall, if you compare it to January it has been incredibly peaceful.

The important thing now, for the first time in a long time they have turned to the polls and not to the guns.
