Every time we receive allegations, we take the strongest possible action that would provide for the safety of children. We will continue to review the findings of our investigation based on the type of care that is provided there.

Anytime we receive an allegation, we do launch a thorough review. OCFS has received information regarding compliance issues with the administration of medication at that facility. We are currently reviewing the matter with children's safety in mind.
