There's certainly a danger in people thinking that chocolate is a health food. Chocolate is very calorie-dense. Two out of three Americans are already either overweight or obese, so the last thing we need is for people to think they should eat more chocolate ... the evidence just isn't there yet.

However, if you're eating two eggs or more a day, there could potentially be an issue with cholesterol and increased risk factors for disease.

Eating baked chips or veggie chips is not the same as eating a baked potato. It's a big mistake to think a chip is a vegetable.

I don't praise FDA that often, but in this case I think they made the right decision.
