We fought back against everything, all the noise and the huge crowd. It wasn't pretty, but we got it done.

I know other people might have a different perspective, but I can only judge Frank on how he's treated me and my family, and he's been nothing but first class. He likes to talk, he's very intelligent, and he'll tell you what's on his mind. I think sometimes that gets him in trouble, but he's a great person.

He just started to get his pitches up. I thought he pitched well enough to win.

We hit some shots and picked it up defensively and they didn't match us.

We'll get it all figured out. We'll be fine. Talent-wise, I think we're right up there. We just have to play to our potential.

We shot the ball real well and played great defense (early), and that set the tempo for the rest of the game. I tickled to death to be in the state tournament, but our work's not finished.

He's always had those legs and those shoulders. He could have played in the NFL.

We had a tough time getting the ball to Bobby (Howard) in the second half, and Eric really stepped up. We tightened up our defense a bit and got some rebounds, and that was the game.

It didn't last. We thought that was enough (runs).
